F&C PRODUCTION

With the close relationship that we have with Changzhou Engineering Technology Center, F&C independently researched and designed more than thirty automatic motor production lines, with an annual output of over 30 million DC and BLDC motor production capacity, with complete automatic processes for stator, rotor, end cap with full auto assembly and testing.

The key equipment of our motor production uses high-end imported equipment which gives us high standards of manufacture and supply to our customers, in some instances with zero PPM. Our process equipment such as the winding machines are from Marsilli Italy, with the key process parameters within our motor production processes, which are 100% recorded, and the key dimensions and performance are 100% online checked.

By improving the production quality in line rate, reducing the online defective rate, and finally achieving the reduction of staff with automation with greater efficiency. At the same time, the enterprise resource planning management system (ERP) provides us with up to date information in real time, with intelligent and information management of the whole process of workshop equipment, production, personnel, quality, materials, environment and other aspects, so as to promote manufacturing upgrading and improve efficiency enabling us to grow efficiently with our customers year on year.
