Electromagnetic analysis

With motor finite element analysis, which simulates the magnetic circuit of the stator design , with the analysis of the results, enabling further optimization of the rotor structure design, which ensures uniform and efficient magnetic field distribution, obtaining a greater slot filling rate, reducing the cogging effect. At the same time, thermal analysis was carried out according to the thermal conductivity of different materials

STRUCTURE ANALYSIS

Finite element analysis, which simulates and analyzes the force and vibration of the motor, with the analysis of these results, this enables our engineers to further optimize the design of the fixed rotor structure and ensure uniform motor structure and strength.
